Five apps. Five logins. Five subscriptions — and none of them know what the others know.

What makes it different

It works from your material.

A general chatbot has never seen your syllabus, your lecturer's slides or the chapter you're actually being tested on. Student AI has.

Ask your own notes a question.

Attach a PDF, a set of slides or a photo of the board, and ask. The answer comes back built from that document — and tells you where in it the answer came from, so you can check it instead of trusting it.

Why not just a generic AI? Because generic AI answers from the internet. This answers from the page you're being examined on.
The AI tutor answering the question "Explain photosynthesis from my Biology notes" using the student's own uploaded material.

One canvas. Everything on it.

Write notes as a clean page, or spread them across an infinite canvas with shapes, connections, tables, diagrams and handwriting. Flip between the two views at any time — it's the same note either way, nothing is lost.

Free tier gets the canvas. The infinite canvas and all 17 shapes are on the free plan, not locked behind a paywall.
An infinite notes canvas titled Cell Biology with connected shapes for Nucleus, Mitochondria and Chloroplast, and a drawing toolbar.

Quizzes that mark themselves.

Generate a test from your own material, then actually write the answer out. The AI marks the written response, scores it, explains what was missing and shows you a model answer.

Flashcards stop at the card. Recognising an answer isn't the same as being able to produce one under exam conditions.
A completed quiz showing a 64% score ring, Great work!, 11 out of 12 correct and a 4 minute 12 second completion time.

One PDF in. A whole study set out.

Turn a chapter into a flashcard deck in one step, then let spaced repetition (SM-2) decide what you review and when — so the cards you keep getting wrong come back sooner.

Your term, already planned.

Tests, assignments, exams and study sessions on one calendar, with a countdown to the next exam, a timetable, tasks, habits and a focus timer. Ask for a study schedule and it builds one around what's actually coming up.

The progress dashboard showing total active days, current streak, longest streak, days active this month and length of membership.

Study together, properly.

A real group workspace: shared files, a shared canvas you can both edit live, group flashcard decks, tasks, a leaderboard, and an availability poll that finds the time everyone is actually free.

Generic AI studies alone. Most studying that works isn't solo.

Questions

The things people ask first.

How is this different from just using a generic AI chatbot?

A generic AI chatbot is a brilliant general assistant that has never seen your work. Student AI reads the documents you upload and answers from them, citing where it got the answer. On top of that it's a whole study system — notes, flashcards, self-marking quizzes, a planner, grade tracking and group work — rather than a chat window you have to paste everything into.

Is the free plan actually free?

Yes. No card, no trial countdown on it. You get 40,000 AI tokens a month, one class, the full infinite canvas with all 17 shapes, AI diagrams in chat, and the calendar, tasks and focus timer. Flashcards, quizzes and exports are the Pro features.

What happens if I run out of tokens?

AI features pause until your allowance resets on the 1st. Everything you've already made stays completely usable — notes, decks and files are never locked. If you need more before the reset, 100,000 extra tokens cost R100 and never expire.

Will it work for my subject?

It works from whatever you give it, so it's subject-agnostic — maths, sciences, languages, commerce, humanities. It's built around the South African school and university calendar (terms, trial exams, finals), and it handles maths notation and diagrams properly.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. It's on the web, on Android via the Play Store, and on iOS. It's one account and one set of work — including the full notes canvas, which works with touch and a stylus.

Can I cancel, and what happens to my work?

Cancel any time from inside the app; you keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for, then drop to Free. Nothing you created is deleted — if you were over a Free limit, the existing work stays accessible, you just can't create new items past the cap.

Is my work private?

Your uploads and notes are yours. They're used to answer your questions and nothing else — they are not sold, not published, and not used to train public models. You can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time.

Set up your first class in about two minutes.

Upload one document, ask it one question, and see whether it's the study app you'd actually open every day.
